I opened a bottle of Bulle de Soif from Terra Vita Vinum with my parents and we all really liked it.
It’s very fresh, you can tell it’s made 100% from Blanc de Blancs. It’s clean, easy to drink, and feels light in a good way. It’s also quite dry, which I enjoyed because it doesn’t feel heavy or sweet at all.
We had it first as an aperitif and it worked really well, but it was also great with food. We had it with pork and rice and it paired nicely.
Overall, it’s just a good, fresh wine that’s easy to enjoy and share !

What’s your favorite pet nats?
Any sparkling wine is welcome except Champagne.
It’s for my parents and me, they love sparkling rosé, but I think a sparkling white could be really nice too.
