habt ihr Erfahrung mit einer Goldschmiede in Dresden? Ich würde gerne einen Verlobungsring anfertigen lassen, bin mir aber nicht sicher, wie lange das dauert. Mein Budget liegt derzeit bei maximal 800 €. Habt ihr eine Empfehlung?

Hello everyone,
my girlfriend and I were planning on getting a puppy for our roughly 60 sqm apartment in East Germany. We were planning on getting the puppy from Poland, more specifically from FCI breeder. Does anybody living in these region know what we should look out for? The breeder is providing us the following:
Medical records of both parents (PRA, patella, heart)
Health booklet with vaccination, deworming
Neutering
Micro chip
All required documents that would allow us to get a pet passport
Starter pack for the puppy
Is there anything else to look out for? The pickup will happen once the pup is 3 months old, so in 7 weeks. Any general tips to prepare the apartment for the little one would also be appreciated.
