Dedicating clay pots to tea
I wanted each clay teapot to have a purpose, so I spend a lot of time tasting different teas and slowly figuring out which tea categories deserved their own pot (according to my palate). I had to label the boxes to keep organised.
Teapots are from tea brands I trust and many were purchased at tea festivals in Europe.
Do you have a favourite all around clay pot? For me, Yixing Zhu Ni and Jianshui are my most used teapots from this collection.
