In the original dilemma, and in most of the variations I’ve seen, death is nebulous and not defined in how it comes to you.
If it’s an instant Thanos snap type of situation versus torturous, long drawn out painful death, does that change your vote?
I am operating from the scenario in which everybody, including children and the disabled are offered the buttons.
