This is King Arwyn, the Laughing Dragon, the King of Scotland Coa. He was captured from Wales during early Norse incursions. Later, he worked his way up to become a military leader, participating in the great Heathen invasion of Britain, and he married the daughter of Halfdan "Whiteshirt" of the Danelaw.

This is from a current playthrough of a Norse pagan Welsh character who came in to the British Isles with the Norse Invasion after gaining his freedom and end up settling and founding the Scottish culture and Kingdom known as The Laughing dragon
