I knew I had a soft spot for Pitbulls, but never had one before. He is really just the sweetest most affectionate and gentle animal I have ever known. Wants nothing more than to please and be near you. Grunts happily with every pet. He as a few quirks: still not great with other dogs (but generally ok) and gets anxious when I'm not around. But none of that takes away from his amazing cuddly demeanor. Are they really all like that (I know not "all" but typically)?

Quick update: The day I posted this, he got a bit too curious about our local skunk (we call him "Skunk Friend") - it did not go well for our guy. Many many skunk shampoo washes later and he is smelling fresh again (or at least as fresh as he typically does). I am hopeful that lessons were learned from this adventure.

Looking for Better Harness Suggestions

I have the OneTigris harness that I bought from Chewy. It's not bad but also not great. I like the design of it, but the flaps that cover his shoulders seem to roll back and it slips around quite a bit. I've found it difficult to find a harness that fit both a pitty's broad chest and slim waist, but is also designed well enough to manage their strength if my boy gets in his head that there is something in the bushes he needs to explore. Handles on the top are a MUST and also both a rear and front leash attachment. All recommendations appreciated!
