Making an epic yardsale purchase!!

I stumbled across a yard sale in the country not far from my house. Of course I had to stop & am so glad that I did. What first caught my eye was the massive table of rocks, minerals, and fossils. The family told me that they bid on storage units to flip for a profit & that one of their recent belonged to a geologist. I bought a new rock saw and stone grinder. I also bought most of the stuff from the table, including a pile of "rubble" that turned out to be most of a fossil turtle shell! I was vibrating with excitement as I unpacked the 2 totes of stuff I got for really. I'm looking for help in identifying some of the fossils and tips in preserving fossil leaf and bug imprinted on slate.

Interesting piece found.

I found this in an area of my woods in Southwest Missouri. In the area of this find I've found numerous worked scrapers along with a few spear point fragments. Any ideas as to what this could be, if anything?

Found in wooded hillside SW Missouri

I'm currently working on a Zen garden of sorts in the heart of my 20 acres of woods. I cleared a small hillside area with a leaf blower. Most of it down to the bare soil. Not only did I make a few turtles & snakes along the way, but also uncovered some unusual stones that appear to be worked by human hands. This one is highly unusual with it's fine points intact. Any clues to what this could be?

Met a cow named Betty and fell in love...

My brother has some neighbor cows & introduced me to Betty. Such a sweet ol gal! I had no idea that a cow's tongue is rough like a cat's.
