im applying for 2026-2027 cycle with ADEA PASS and have been working on my PS for GPR.
should i address my LOA in my PS or is that something that will most likely come up during intevrviews?
i have around 3.1 GPA and i've been looking at programs but it's been hard to find GPA requirements
and how do you know which programs are "easier" to get into vs. "harder" to get into?

hi everyone, i'm a D3 going into D4 soon and now that ADEA PASS opened, i feel very discouraged.
my GPA is not high. around 3.0-3.1 and it's been difficult to ask faculty for LOR because i feel very ashamed of my GPA and low class rank.
i want to go into PEDS or GPR but i need to choose between them since they're both different phases now.
i've built my application with a strong peds background (volunteering, shadowing, research, externships) but i wonder if i should just do a GPR first due to my low GPA 😞
any thoughts of advice are appreciated. than kyou
