Let's say the reporting time at a college for spot round is 9am, around how early should I be present there? I've seen people say that the lines start from 2-3am😭😭

I've decided to pursue mechanical, and have 95.19 (LOPENS) in mht cet. I got aissmscoe mech both in cap 1 and 2.
