Just questioning if its ever a good idea to spend the normal evokes on the resonance pact banner compared to the permanent evoke... like will there be more resonance pacts because the details says "Resonance Pact I" implying that maybe the future we will get Resonance Pact II and so on. If so,, will the remaining pity on SSRs carry over, if not I would assume its not worth it to spend regular evokes on these over the permanent banner

Basically im f2p and I pulled sometimes in version 3 when evernight and cyrene released because i liked their designs and at that time i didnt really focus on meta or dmg that much,, then i found out they work best with hyacine and castorice so i eventually got both of them... but my issue is i have all those characters at E0S0 cyrene is on the free herta shop 5*LC and hyacine is on the story's next page while evernight and castorice are just making do with victory in a blink... I'm thinking of investing more into them because altho i have decent builds on all of them they arent clearing starward mode too well.... any tips on who's LC or eidolons to pull first?
