I am wee close to leasing a gravity and have a few questions:

• How can I search for studio Select models? And how often do new 2026 models get added to studio select?
• Does employee discount stack on top of corporate partners / supplier discount and other incentives?
• Is the 22/23inch range degradation actually that bad? ~35 miles.
• Is the app responsive like tesla? Or does it take 5 minutes to communicate with the car when you want to precool or unlock.
• Can self park only park 90 degrees and not parallel? We tried it in our demo but couldn't figure it out.
• Does it's version of sentry mode work well?
• Should I send wait till September for better incentives? I'm getting California ev rebate and supplier/partner discount (6k)

As a net generator under Nem 3 (Solar Billing Plan), can my additional generation offset this fixed fee or are solar customers stuck with a minimum $25 fee no matter what?
