Long-time El Asadero stan here. Rumor on these here Internet streets is that Chuki’s carne asada gives El Asadero a run for their money. I respectfully disagree! However, it was quite good. I also enjoyed the al pastor, and the carnitas were fantastic.

I know I’m late here. I typically get off at Merchandise Mart, so I hadn’t noticed this.

A three-year shutdown is…brutal. (And yes, I know about the Red Line construction mess)

There are more scooters than pigeons in Chicago. Why do these (and Divvy bikes) need cable locks?

Proposed city ordinances:

1. Rental bikes and scooter locks can only function during the paid rental period.
2. Once the rental period expires, the locks automatically unlock.
3. Anyone over the age of 16 riding one of these needs to wear one of those hats with a propeller on the top.
