E2 Fugue build help

Hi, I'm saving up to get E2 Fugue, and had some questions about relic and LC choices.

Q1. Does a combination of Thief/Eagle, Tutorial/Solitary Healing and Lushaka/Vonwacq actually help Fugue get 2 turn ults reliably? And is this more worth it than amp?

Q2. I have Cipher's LC and it gets me to 100 def shred exactly with the team I plan on using (Firefly, Dahlia, Fugue, HMC). My calcs put this at a 28.7% boost going from 76 -> 100 def shred. Is this better than using Tutorial/SH for more ults?

Q3. Since Dahlia is not providing BE without a sustain, I'm using HMC to make hitting Fugue's BE breakpoint easier. With that in mind, should I use Forge on Fugue over Lushaka/Von? Or is it easy enough to hit 220 BE without it?

Saw another post with 342% amp for Blade and thought it was sus, then I found this which makes more sense.

E4 Welt is not here but is estimated to have 239% amp. But his dmg% buff takes a while to ramp up, you won't see that 239% amp have full uptime.

Considering v1 MBlade has amazing amp (probably the best general amplifier in the game) but his sustained runs with Acheron still take 1 cycle at 8-10 cost, I think his current strength is fine for Acheron teams. I think his general amp will become lower but his amp for Ult and FuA teams will stay the same.
