Hello, I am visiting your great city for a week or so! With the heat, I've had a difficult time figuring out how to spend my extra time (I am here more for school than for just visiting). Normally I would go to a coffee shop or bar with my computer or book to do some work in the afternoon or evening. Is there anywhere you recommend that is welcoming but not so hot? Even libraries, etc. would be lovely but I am not sure if just anyone can walk in, if they are not Polish or from Lublin.
