OMVI 3i tracking camera goes off alignment

I have recordings where the tracking camera is just recording the feet of people and when it returns to the set monitoring point, the camera is below where I set it. Anyone have this issue? It has happened 4 times in one month. Running the calibration will fix it and support has no solution other than submitting an RMA request. Thankfully I’m in my Amazon return windows and their exchange process is much faster than Reolink.

OMVI PTZ tracking at night

My OMVI tracking recording at night from the PT camera has a lot of smearing as it tracks a person. Is this normal or is there something I can do to improve the recording? I dont have this issue during the day time tracking

As some mentioned the issue could be because its not a ColorX camera. I recorded in BW and the issue is the same. I'm curious if any one else with OMVI has the same issue. Is this normal or do I have a defective unit?

OMVI Dual Cam Great! PT CAM Useless.

I just got the OMVI 3i cam and after a few days I feel like the PT Cam is unnecessary because it has no optical zoom and the camera quality is not as good as the dual cam. Since both cameras are at the same point of view the digital zoom on the dual cam is better than the PT cam. What am I missing?
