Flex Plan Disabled?
I noticed the flex plan is grey. I'm wondering if this means its disabled.

Clarification on Funded Rules
I want to buy a 50k Rapid account.
Can I trade 5 NQ right off the bat during the eval phase?
Also If I get funded on it, would I be able to trade 5 NQ IMMEADIATELY with it or would I have to build a buffer first?
