I’m not in the US or Canada, but I get a strong signal from the Sirius satellite—I’ve actually had the service before. The issue is that when I try to take advantage of a promotion, the US site says I’m ineligible, whereas the Canadian site—specifically the $5/month plan—seems to indicate I *am* eligible. My question is: how do I sign up? What address should I use? Can I pay with a credit card that isn't from the US or Canada?
