I have bought I don't know how many of these and given multiples as stocking stuffers. I EDC one quite often and I forgot to take it out of my pocket for the laundry . Taking some clean stuff out of the washer and tossing them in the dryer I heard a clink. Upon further investigation it was my i3E I had been carrying and I was just as sure as I could be that it would be dead but lo and behold it worked perfectly! GO OLIGHT!!!!! OLIGHT FOR THE WIN!!

I am looking at the Rovyvon mentioned in the title in a blue finish and would be carrying it on my keys. Would the finish wear off? It's blue over aluminum. I've BEEN carrying an older model an A1 but it doesn't have a way to lock it out and the body is polyamide? plastic so it hasn't worn.
