Help identifying the era and style of these boots.

Recently found this lovely pair of boots at a thrift store in New Zealand, not going to mention the price, but it was low, they are freshly saddle soaped and about to get a fresh coat of obenauf's ready for me to wear. So happy to finally add a pair to my collection.

Would love to know more info about this particular style, leather type and era they might be from.

They are labeled as 5546.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
