Earlier the filament didn't want to load properly, it retracted constantly. Now it thinks there is something in there but nothing comes out so it clearly doesn't grab on.

I did a cold pull already then filament comes out manually. Then we left printing for a while but now we want it to work otherwise it's just a wast of space. So what can we do to solve this.

Do we need to buy some new parts?

Do I need to post more pictures or clips in the comments or in in a new post?

All help is appreciated.

The filament doesn't want to load. I did a cold pull already and it comes trough when I just push it in manually. But I have no Idea why it won't grab the filament now.
