Ein sehr willkommener Bewohner meiner Chillipflanze :D
Wenn ich richtig recherchiert habe, sie sollte eine kupfrige Sonnenspringspinne sein!
So very very soft alpaca! This took so long
100g around 370m alpaca yarn.
I used the black and white wool, and also blended it to get gray, I can't wait to see how this knits up!
My original plan was to make self striping yarn and i spun the two singles accordingly but somewhere something went wrong and things got misaligned ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
Oh well I still do have few kg more to try to achive what I want haha.
Alpaca woolen spun what went wrong?
after the wash the yarn is just dissolving??? bunch little of hairs are falling out too
should I have added more twist to the singles? or what happened here?
it didn't have all these pigtails before washing
I added a bit more twist at the plying bc my test yarn was quite low twist
what should I do so this won't happen again?
(I promised to make 2 beanies for the ladies I got the fleece from, I want them to be well made )
Training for long distance (13-15km) as a past competitive swimmer?
How should I train for long distance, what drills and/ or dry land exercises are recommended?
I used to swim competitively but that has been a long time ago, I am not too trained but lately I've been swimming few times a month, doing 4km trainings isn't a problem for me. Also due to my past my technique should be pretty decent.
