Help with rye for Sazerac

I recently started to branch more into ryes beyond my typical Rittenhouse or Old Overholdt. I’m looking for recommendations on bottles specifically with a high rye mash bill.

In the context of a Sazerac (I make mine split base with cognac and rye as a nod to the original), I always sort of lose the rye spice and I’m wondering that would help.

Which cocktail has the best first sip?

I realize this will be almost entirely subjective. But which drink gives you the warm & fuzzies, titillates your sense, wakes up your inner happiness specifically on the first sip?

Mine: La Louisiane

The combination of spicy rye, herbaceous Benedictine, and juicy vermouth layered with absinthe and lemon oil is perfection.
