Why does my Ethernet connection work on every device but my PC?
My PC randomly stopped accepting my Ethernet connection. My tv works just fine connected to Ethernet. My Xbox works just fine connected to Ethernet. My PC, says Ethernet not connected when it’s plugged in….. any tips?

Can someone that knows how to read this give me the scoop please?
Lived in apartment for 3 years. In all but the last 2 weeks it has been PERFECT. I haven’t gotten latency variation or pack loss more than 5 times before the last 2 weeks it feels like. This last 2 weeks games are unplayable with constant packet loss and latency issues. Can someone please help me interpret this?
