Beginner 24 y.o
Hello strong women! I am a 24 year old female I’ve been working out for about a year then i herniated a disc in my L5/S1 i’m currently 4 weeks out post surgery and feel so much better! After some reflection I think I was doing to much of everything when it came to fitness i had no real structure. I think this recovery period is a great time to focus on what i’m going to be building towards physically. I love to swim and will probably start that today until i’m cleared for Bending lifting twisting but i think i want to get into bodybuilding and a lot of mobility/flexibility training. Does anyone have any advice for someone brand new? I’m 5’8 125LBS i’m trying to have a toned lean build as opposed to a bulkier build.
