Can I learn any Martial Arts?

My age is 26. Its been more than 10 years since I had participated in anything like sports and street fight. Since then I have consistently limited myself in academics and career. I have left everything my friends, hobbies (like football/soccer and painting), although I was good or atleast not bad in them. I feel extremely weak these days both physically and mentally. Many times, I had wanted to learn martial arts but didn't . There are multiple reasons behind this, like according to my family I must earn well (like getting a high status job) to make my mother proud , I must not indulge in any activity that displeases or herms the status of my family (so no street fights or anything that doesn't help in my career) , I must take a job according to my family's liking etc etc.... Not only physically, but also mentally I'm weak (I have MDD and has been prescribed SSRIs).... I used to have a fit body with some muscles , but now nothing. Can I learn martial arts at this age?

Note : I understand that Martial arts may not be a therapy.
