Why don't we have this Kallen battlesuit?

Kallen has always been one of my favorite characters, and it's always been so sad to me that there are only three battlesuits for her. What I don't understand is why wouldn't they make this version of her playable? Not only is she prevalent in the Sakura Samsara, but she is also a boss on the Memorial Arena and Sim Battle. Sure, they would have to nerf her quite a lot, but they've already done that with Herrscher of the Void and other playable battlesuits. If this was a playable battlesuit, there would also be the opportunity to give her at least one outfit from what we see in the story

Hair tying spell

Since you guys seem really enthusiastic about creating extremely intricate war crime spells, I was wondering if you all might want to help me

I've been a fan of the manga for years, but I've yet to take the initiative to truly understand how to make my own spells. I know how it works, but I haven't tried to become my own apprentice and learn.

Anyways, I wanna write a fic where the main character is missing one of her hands, but she needs to do work that would require her hair up. She would probably have a prosthetic hook-hand type of thing to help her use and hold things (since that was the most I could find for what would be realistic in a setting like Witch Hat Atelier, but I'm still doing research and changing things), but I was wondering if there could be a spell that would make a ribbon or other hair-fastener put up her hair on its own.

I also think it would be a super cool concept for anyone with less mobility in their hands or any other situation.
