Is there a market or store for basic groceries in Craster?

I'll be visiting Craster for a few days in September and staying in a cottage for a few nights. Is there a store that sells basics like bread, sandwich meat, snacks, crumpets, eggs, etc.? I plan to eat dinner out each night. Also, I won't be driving because I'm too anxious to try to drive over there. (I'm in the U.S.) I'm taking the train from York to Alnmouth Station since the taxi ride is shorter from Alnmouth to Craster. I see that there is no luggage storage at the station, so I can't store luggage and go to a store there. I don't know that I could walk to a store from the station anyway. I'm coming in on a Tuesday afternoon if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.

Best place to stay in Scarborough, UK

Edit: Considering what I've read so far, I'll look for another destination. Thanks!

I'll be in the UK this fall, and I'd like to stay by the ocean for a few days. I had originally planned to visit a place in Devon, but I'm also trying not to spend too much time on a train or a bus. Anyway, I'm starting in London and then moving on to York. I realized that Scarborough is right there, and it may be more convenient to do the beach before going to Scotland. I can't get a good feel for where to stay from what I've read online though. I want to be near all the kitschy stuff but also in a decent hotel with nice views of the water. It doesn't need to be super expensive, but I definitely want it to be clean, comfortable and close to the fun stuff.
