What happens at 60g of carbs?
I don't understand what happens if a normal-weight person eats just above the calorie amount required for "ketosis". Say I eat 60g of calories/day - that's still not enough energy from carbs to keep me going as an organism, so the body would have to be turning all the fat I'm eating into ketones, right?
Is the state of ketosis only important for people wanting to burn stored fat?
