Hello everyone, my name is Gabe Crawford and I'm excited to announce the completion of this mobile slaughter truck to service the Western slope, particularly the north and roaring fork valleys. This has been a dream in the making for a few years now and it is finally getting across the finish line. I'm thankful to be a part of a local food system and support our regional meat infrastructure by offering ethical and stress free death to the livestock that sustain us, support our livelihoods and nourish us. I kill, skin, gut and quarter on site and deliver a quality carcass to a processor of choice, cutting out the transport stress and delivering quality meat from hooves to plate.
