Hi everyone! Hope this is OK to post - my singing teacher wants myself and another of her students to try some villain songs so we don't end up stuck in the same sort of 'character' at our concerts, but I'm struggling a little to find some suitable songs.
I'm a soprano, but leaning more classical-sounding (think Ballad of Jane Doe, Moonfall from The Mystery of Edwin Drood), so the modern belting numbers are out for me currently.
My fellow student is a baritenor, I've heard him perform You'll Be Back from Hamilton and we've duetted on I See The Light from Tangled.
So far I've got Last Midnight - Into The Woods, and When There's No One - Carrie the Musical. Otherwise I think we'll just need to change the key on some other songs XD
Any other suggestions would be much appreciated :)
Wanted to draw something a little more detailed but didn't have time so a page of doodles it is!
Anyway, Happy Birthday to our favourite handsome monke <333
The Boat That Rocked is one of my comfy movies and after rewatching it last night I ended up doodling this at 1am. I don't need to sleep... ever...
But yeah, YouTubers/streamers in a 60's pirate radio setting sounded fun in my head so I got this out of it using some quotes from the movie.
Also Chris is there, overseeing the crew I guess? He's basically Bill Nighy's character.
Thought I'd finally finish this little collection with Connor today since I've been getting back into the swing of drawing after some time in the hospital :D <3
What can I say? I think the boys are hot, so I draw them looking hot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Drew this some time last year, thought it was funny, posting it here. Bon appetit.
Found some fun references on Pinterest and scribbled these down!
