LANBucket - High performance, no config, file sharing for LAN parties
I have been working on this file sharing tool for LAN parties for the last year or so, and I finally think it's worth sharing broadly.
TL;DR: LANBucket is a fast and easy way to share files between players at your LAN parties, without having to setup a server, or do any configuration ahead of time. LANBucket uses distributed network transfers, which means it goes much faster than other solutions that use one central server. This is because we use a customized version of bittorrent, so that when a user is downloading a file, they are also uploading it to other players on the LAN.

I found that when testing it at a LAN party earlier this year my players used it to share game files, as expected, but there was also interesting emergent behavior where my players used it to share memes to each other. This encouraged me that the UX here is simple enough for real people to actually want to use.
