Client requests all Raw Files
Hi yall! Anyone here dealt with a difficult wedding client asking for ALL the raw files? Im torn between giving it to her so its done, or asking for legal advise? It doesnt say in the contract that she’s entitled to it. Any advise other than requiring a fee? Its the first time anyones ever asked me this. Im super generous with my clients, i curate shots for them so they dont have to look at the same photos. It was only a 2 hour shoot and I already gave them over 500 photos .
Edit - 400+ (still a lot) i did come earlier + stayed a little later too.
No they are not unhappy with the service and photos. Absolutely loved it (fantastic job they said). I explained my policy and then they said ok thanks. Then.. after a week they are asking again. 😂
