I had the mod that gives hardwood and irradiated casts to speed up my aging. I get the letter from Robin to get the recipe....an unlimited number of times. I tried reloading without the cask mods and the mail framework. My mailbox works! However I try to reload those mods it once again gives me multiples of the same letter, any letter that my mods use the mail to deliver. Adding SAMPI just incase.

I just started to take Metformin for Insulin Resistance as a first step to losing weight (insurance of course denied GLP1).
I started it three weeks ago, once a day for two weeks and then up to 2 per day. I take them with lunch and dinner. I am having issues with diarrhea and general lack of hunger. It got better but after a BBQ filled holiday weekend I've be nearly bound to the porcelain throne.
Any tips of things to eat that doesn't interact badly with metformin?
