tspmo (fergus/hespeler AC situation)
Notice sent morning after they claimed it was fixed. (Second time blatantly lying about ac being on ftr)
Municipal enforcement‘s also said they have an officer investigating the matter now.

Anyone living in Fergus or Hespeler receive any cold air yet?
Management sent this message out around 3 hours ago, just wondering if the AC's actually on this time or if they're gaslighting us. Again.

Another day another bullshit "unexpected issue" with zero ETA or actual communication
Report Canadian Student Living to Waterloo Municipal Enforcement municipalenforcement@waterloo.ca.
Also "we recommend keeping your windows open during the cooler evening and overnight hours and closing them during the day", yeah, if your windows FUCKING WORKED AT ALL
