Seeking Recurring 1-week Rental Home/Apartment

Do you own or know of someone who has a rental property, "mother-in law: suite, or a home that needs house-sitting regularly?
What I'm Seeking: A recurring rental of a whole apartment or home. Must be 1-2 bedrooms located in the Carrborro, Chapel Hill Area. Would also consider nearby areas like Mebane, Hillsboro or South Durham etc. It's 7 nights per trip, Saturday - Saturday, 3rd week of each month during the school year (Sept - May, except December).
My Situation: I currently live in NYC and visit Carrboro/Chapel Hill area 1 week per month, except for the summer. My child was born in NYC, but after our divorce my ex moved herself and our child to the Triangle area. After long and painful negotiation we worked out that I would travel from NYC to NC one week per month during the school year to exercise custody. I am unable to move at this time.
Context: I have been renting AirBnB's monthly for about a year now, and not only is the quality/convenience inconsistent for myself or my child (7 yo), the cost can very widely - often over $1k. Paying rent in NYC plus $1k month on lodging, not included my travel expenses, completely drains my finances.
I'd like to find a place that can be a familiar home base every visit for my child's sake. My hope is that a recurring guaranteed renter, going outside of expensive platforms like AirBnb or Vrbo, will decrease cost for me and give guaranteed cash to a potential renter.
