So I went to clean my MPX for the first time after approximately maybe 100 rounds suppressed and I was trying to adjust the gas block and noticed it wouldn’t move any further than this so I followed the YouTube video on the assembly and disassemble the cap but now the cap will not go back in any assistance would be appreciated and I tried to go from setting 4 to setting 3

First 5 are 115g blazer , then it’s S&B 140g subsonic

With the rugged sub 9 on a 6.5 inch IlWT barrel and the gas block is set to the oem setting.

I was just focusing on the sound and counting the rounds ,but normally I just keep my finger on the trigger to feel the reset
