Is that Fibre?
Hope this question is appreciated here.
We just bought a home here in Germany, and we have those two cables coming out of the ground.

Hi all,
I started an MSP Business in Germany and set up our website and all myself.
I took SEO into consideration and tried my very best with the help of Ai.
I am very happy with how the site turned out, and also page insight shows great results (96%+).
Meta-Tags, FAQ, Keywords and all. I invested a LOT of time and dedication into this.
I can't say that SEO really comes natural to me, and I am sure AI is not really a great advisor. So I am thinking about paying a marketing freelancer to bring us into shape. In the end I want it done right.
Maybe I just have trust issues, but I am paranoid about paying a noob like myself, that only asks AI and does not really help our company much.
We do net yet have revenue streams, so I want to invest the money real good. And I want my company to finally gain momentum.
Can you give me some advise how to identify a good freelancer?
Thanks y'all.
Hi everyone,
I am a beekeeper, and this is my very first time trying to remove a swarm from a building. I could really use some expert advice on how to proceed.
A honeybee swarm just moved into a house wall yesterday.
To make matters worse, there was a previous colony in this exact cavity and the homeowner never removed the old wax and combs.
I placed a nuc right next to the main entrance hole. The nuc contains empty frames and one frame of open brood (with some of my own nurse bees on it) to act as a lure. The bees from the wall are already showing great interest and are fanning at the nuc's entrance. However, I assume the queen is already deep inside the wall.
Because the stone wall is so porous and cracked, a funnel is pretty much impossible. I won't be able to cover all the alternative openings properly, so they would just bypass the funnel. Furthermore, since there is already old comb inside, the queen doesn't even need to wait for new comb to be built to start laying.
Since there is old comb present, will the queen start laying immediately, making a voluntary move into my nuc highly unlikely?
If the cone method is out of the question due to the wall's condition, is a structural cut-out the only realistic option?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Even though coffee is not really cyber adversed, I bet he has at least some storys to tell, as he has a relatively high exposure to fraudsters and criminals. Also I bet they would be vibing.

Hi guys,
I've started beekeeping around a month ago.
I not sure whether or not these could be queen cells or if those are drone cells.
From what I've seen in videos, I've never seen Queen cells this small. But Gemini is sure it's queen cells. So I place my question right here.
My queen seems healthy (I've confirmed she is living and laying) and seems to have a good brood pattern.
Thanks for any input!
