Got giga stomped by Yasuo. Advice please.

TLDR: Is there a fool-proof build or strategy against a good Yasuo?

I think I haven't laned against Yasuo mid for like several months but I decided to lock in Jayce as if I am still comfortable with the matchup. Result? I lost the lane SO HARD.

I was told that Cyclosword or Serpent's rush is good against him, so I did rush Cyclo while running Stormraider. I was imagining like, ideally, one cannon QE into hammer QE combo should proc the stormraider and I should have an easy time trading. But then I forgot that I NEED TO DO DAMAGE to proc the friggin stormraider!

One of the problems was that this Yasuo wasn't the typical 0/10 Yasuo who uses wind walls for my hammer attacks or turret shots. This guy was determined to crush me by running Exhaust, going E at level 1, and always saving wind walls for the cannon. I couldn't trade. I couldn't utilize the advice at all.

I believe there was nothing wrong with a Challenger's advice at all. I'm actually so sure that my 30 sth year old fingers just couldn't keep up with whatever I was supposed to do with the advised build. I used to get away with the trades by running Phase Rush (RIP) + Eclipse, but now because I can't do that anymore, the matchup feels way more punishing than before.

Sure, my jungle Fizz decided to run it down from level 1 till the end, but I knew that I contributed to the loss as much, since I made an already hard lane even harder by roaming and letting him level up and get turret golds.

So question is, is there any build or strategy that I can use against a good Yasuo when I am not mechanically on point? Runes? First item? Summs? Strategies?

Or is the full lethality the only way, and I just have to practice hard, rebuild my muscle memories, and git gud?
