I've been through here before and I could swear that this door was just unlocked for me to go into in the past. Am I misremembering or am I simply overlooking something?

While completing the checklist for the few things I am missing, I noticed I don't have Leech, although I have helped a bunch of people get it without realizing I needed it too. Whoops. I am at the facility right now and would be appreciative if any can come into my world and push that dang button!
Doing some cleanup, rerolled N'Erud to get the last item from the crop sample. I planted it at the red statue, but the boss didn't spawn in the room. Does it spawn somewhere else, am I missing something, or did it likely bug?
I was running through with some randoms and saw this dude. Not sure what the ability/effect is that is being used. But, as you can see, annihilation got vaporized from basically full health. I'm pretty sure this was definitely not done with game mechanics, but wanted to check.
tl;dr - are legendary prism bonuses purely random or do some have higher chances to roll?
I have been sort of grinding for prism leveling for a few days and have had to cleanse my legendary bonuses about 9 times now. I am curious; is any known information about certain bonuses having more or less of a chance to roll or is it completely random? Because I don't think I have seen all of them, but I have definitely seen some repeats. I finally decided to look up a list of available bonuses and I am torn between jack of all trades and traitor since they seem like the best blanket bonuses.
Has anyone ran with a buddy and compared generated stats with each other? Because every time I have ran (only with randoms mind you), the stats seem to have wildly huge discrepancy. Also, the friendly fire stat is what was received, not dealt correct?
I have finally decided to bite the bullet and look up details on prisms and creating fusions. From what I've seen there is no fusion including skill damage. Is this just old information or is there still no skill damage fusion?
I am sitting in a dungeon with a blood moon room open if anyone needs to hop in one real quick for the achievement/trophy.
