I've been flipping furniture and home decor now for a longer time as a "side hustle" so i would consider myself still a noob

Recently it gets a bit frustrating considering how often I get beaten to all good listings that i can find near me... unfortunately I can't spend that much time during the day actually replying to listings as soon as they pop up cuz i work full time

-> That just makes me feel like im missing out on a lot of good stuff that I could potentially flip

I know exactly what I'm going for and I try to use my lunch breaks to actually search for them but it's been dry lately...

Is it mostly luck or what do you think? Maybe im missing something?
