One month ago and my life has changed completely, I bought them for a night out and next thing you know I can do washing. I can reply to emails I can achieve more than day than what used to take me 3 weeks and 30 deadlines

My life is 100 times better.

Whats the process from here?
I spoke to a psychiatrist and he wants school reports letters from my parents etc before willing to diagnose further

I don’t have school reports from 20 years ago, I’m not in touch with my parents

I don’t know what to do from here

I’m in Melbourne and will pay a small fortune just to keep my life on track again
