As promised, here are some more pictures of the old Escape the Fate line-up that didn't make it into the last post. Enjoy!

Some pictures of the OG ETF that I found a while ago & had totally forgotten about. Also, it's been almost a year since I last did one of these photo dumps, and I'll probably do another post in the near future as I've got quite a lot more photos to share on here!

Worth noting: ~ The second picture's from this advert they did for mtvU from back in the day, whilst the third picture's from this interview they did with Buzznet after playing at Bamboozle Left in October 2006, iirc. There's also another video from that advert they did for mtvU; you can find it in this playlist I made a while ago, which has most of the videos I could find of them on YouTube.

Hard to believe that today marks the 20th anniversary of the release of Escape's There's No Sympathy For The Dead EP. It seems like merely yesterday that I was in my freshman year of high school & I stumbled upon this EP & Dying Is Your Latest Fashion.

I vividly remember being blown away by the first song, Dragging Dead Bodies in Blue Bags Up Really Long Hills, and being impressed by the band's talent and pizzazz. From that point on, I was absolutely hooked and enjoyed every moment of that EP. To this day, I still get goosebumps whenever I listen to The Ransom. In my opinion, that's the best song from that Escape's era, along with My Apocalypse from DIYLF. There's just something enchanting about The Ransom that I could never explain. The leads performed by Omar & Monte at the end of the song are especially ear candy.

Anyway, happy 20th anniversary once again to one of my favourite EPs! I'm so glad to have this EP in my CD collection!
