Is KPMG that bad of a place to work in? (KPMG US, non-client facing)
Accepted an offer and wondering since there is a lot of negativity in posts here. But maybe that is from client facing or outside of US. Not sure if I should mention the organization for privacy. It is WFH, full-time salaried position, internal facing only, around mid-level or senior management level. I know it probably depends a lot on the leader and department but overall, curious how it is.
Work-life-balance? Culture? Leaders? Benefits? (They seem okay), chances to move up? Etc?
