Doing some research into what the biggest pain points are when building a coaching business. Please answer with your own experience. Thank you!

  1. Client Onboarding: the process of welcoming new clients into your business

  2. Discovery call follow-up system: is an opportunity to address objections raised during the discovery call or anticipate concerns the prospect might have.

  3. Content repurposing pipeline: is the process of taking existing content - a blog post, video, podcast episode, or social media post - and adapting it into new formats for different platforms, audiences, or purposes.

We have a mix of veterans with fresh meat on the team and a new president. So lots of changes are happening this season.

  1. There is a freshie in particular who has intense power and low emotional intelligence. She begged for feedback last year and the whole team said "start slow and learn safety before learning cool tricks". Now this year she is still dangerous to practice with and cries when we give her feedback about her dangerous techniques.

How do you talk to someone like this? We don't have an assigned coach, just all of the stanky meet giving feedback where we can. We admire her passion towards the sport but we are still having a hard time communicating with her about the importance of safety in this sport.
Looking for any advice on this topic.

  1. With a new president, new rules/regulations for league members. She has made it mandatory for league members to attend at least 4 practices per month and commit to a certain number of hours for events that we participate in, outside of practice.

This caused a big upset for many league members who have very full schedules. We barely have 12 players so we need retention, especially with stanky meat players AND we want make sure people are committed to the league so we can actually bond with each other.

What's a good compromise?

Looking to find ways to increase communication and build trust.
