Pixel 6A to P9PXL to P6A

Originally got the 6A during the 3A trade-in. Purchased a 9PXL during launch back in 2024 to replace my Pixel 6A which was giving poor battery issues.

9PXL was one of the best purchases I've made to this day which I feel is a truly underrated phone. Google really went all out to bring in the best hardware on a pixel ever with the great screen, clicky buttons, better antennas, vapour chamber, finger print scanner and cameras.

It was probably the first series to launch with Gemini, and that 16GB RAM was so useful for all tasks, and most honestly could run a lot more years with its battery. Got close to 4-5hrs SOT.

After a point, just personally got this flagship fatigue with it, particularly the very flat pastel UI along with the large form factor of the device.

This also coincided with no resale value in my country given that I was using a 128GB variant. Found a buyer eventually and sold it, and moved back to the Pixel 6A.

Really missing the better cameras and battery. Just sticking with a powerbank everywhere I go. But honestly loving the 6a small factor and the extra space in my pockets.

Going to run this until the last day it holds up and eventually settle to the price hiked market to get a new device. After 2 years of P9XL, I'm really not excited with the P10 or P11 series.

Just loving this breath of fresh air with 6A after 2 years with a flagship.

Tldr: Sold my 9PXL because of a flagship fatigue and moved back to my older 6A.
