One thing that really frustrates me is how LinkedIn, a platform specifically created for the job market to showcase portfolios, projects, experiences, and talents, has ended up valuing AI-generated content more than manually created work.

This is especially true for people in the digital field, such as graphic designers, social media managers, editors, or visual creators. There are people who spend hours in Adobe, Canva, or other tools to create something original, trying to gain recognition, but often, a post made with AI receives far more attention than a hand-drawn project.

And the strangest thing is seeing people list job titles like "Content Creator" or even "Graphic Designer" when much of the work they publish was generated automatically. I hate AI, but it's disheartening.

Uma coisa que realmente me deixa frustrada é como o LinkedIn, uma plataforma criada especificamente para o mercado de trabalho para apresentar portfólios, projetos, experiências e talentos, acabou por valorizar mais conteúdo gerado por IA do que trabalho feito manualmente.

Principalmente para pessoas da área digital, como designers gráficos, gestores de redes sociais, editores ou criadores visuais. Há pessoas que passam horas no Adobe, Canva ou outras ferramentas para criar algo original, para tentar ganhar reconhecimento, mas muitas vezes, um post feito com IA recebe muito mais atenção do que um projeto criado à mão.

E o mais estranho é ver pessoas colocarem cargos como “Criador de Conteúdo” ou até “Designer Gráfico”, quando grande parte do trabalho que publicam foi gerado automaticamente, eu odeio IA, mas chega a ser desmotivante.
