Voor en na haartransplantatie

For years I was really insecure about my hair loss.
I always tried to hide it: certain hairstyles, wearing caps, avoiding bright light or photos from above… It might sound exaggerated to some people, but mentally it affected me more than I ever expected.

After doubting it for a long time, I eventually decided to get a hair transplant. Not because I wanted to look “perfect,” but simply because I wanted to feel better when I looked in the mirror again.

I’m not going to lie: the first few months were difficult. Shock loss, waiting for results, constantly checking if everything was going to turn out okay… But now that I’m further along in the process, I honestly feel much more confident. Not just because of the hair itself, but because that constant insecurity has finally started to fade.
