Heading to Ireland for a wedding - some solo time & family time as well. Haven't really booked any activities yet, but hoping for some advice on the following.
-Driving solo from Dublin to Dingle
-Sept 3 (starting the day in Cork, heading to Kilkenny) is my moms birthday. Anything very special to see/do along the way, unique ways to celebrate, recommended restaurants/experiences for Kilkenny evening

Sept 1 – Kinsale/Cork – Solo/Fam
Sept 2 – Cork – Fam
Sept 3 – Cork/Kilkenny – Fam
Sept 4 – Kilkenny/Dublin – Fam
Sept 5 – Dublin – Fam
Sept 6 – Dublin/Toronto – Fam
