Kinda derailed in life I want to know

I am soon going to be 26 in a month, suffering from pcod from the last 11 years that has destroyed me physically and mentally. Using pills to cure it but not satisfied at all.Has anyone cured it naturally because I am so sick of this shit it has given me anxiety and stress and also other digestive problems. I also reduced my weight from 89 to 62 and the doctor still told me to lose up to 55 kgs. What can I do to reduce weight, my height is 5.5 ft. Any one with suggestions

Having left side fullness from the October of last year along with epigastric pain that got increased in February this year. Went to the doctor 10 days ago he diagnosed me with gastritis and gave meds and advised USG and h pylori tests.both were normal . Eating meds from the last 10 days but pain is still there. Doc gave one more med along with previous meds for 15 days more and told me if no improvement then will go for an endoscopy for ulcer. Also my epigastric pain can be felt in the back. What are the chances of ulcer, I am very scared

Does anyone have this constant pain or we can say pressure in the epigastric region, belly button area and to the left abdomen. Sometimes it feels like something is sitting in the epigastric region and left side and also the pressure in the belly button area feels like needle pain sometimes. Self burping helps sometimes relieve pressure but not much . Has anyone experienced this 😥. Suffering from this since October also the pain can be felt towards the back of the left side . Any suggestions or cure
