To my fellow finalists about to graduate.. are you mentally better, worse, or the same as when you started uni?

I have an exam and two essays coming up on the 25th and 26th of May. With revision for the exam, I can only manage to do one of the essays. I will apply for a self-certification extension for the other essay, which will grant me a week-long extension, making everything more manageable. This is my final semester, and I am expected to graduate at the end of July. If I am given an extension, will the university defer my graduation, or will it be marked and allow me to graduate with everyone else?
I have emailed my academic tutor and I’m waiting for a response.
